Policies

I love doing nails which is why I chose it as a career.  I take my business and my clients seriously and respect that their time is just as valuable as mine.  Here you will find my no show and cancellation policy. 

No show and Cancellation Policy: 
A 24 hour notice is appreciated in the event you need to cancel your service.  A 50% CANCELLATION FEE will be added to your next service if you fail to provide adequate notice of cancellation.  In the event you no show your appointment, you will be required to pay 100% of your scheduled service BEFORE a new appointment will be booked.  No exceptions. 

Appointment Times
Each client is scheduled with adequate time to fulfill their scheduled service. If you are late to your appointment, you are limiting the time I can complete your service.  Please arrive on time for your appointment or even a few minutes early.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule and charged 100% of your scheduled service before a new appointment will be booked.

Scheduling:
I book appointments either through the salon, Facebook, email, or cell phone.  Please know that I am not available 24/7 and will return your request the following business day.
